Our Story · Since 2001
Two brothers. One city. Twenty-five years of earned trust.
In 2001, Dixit and Dheemanth Hegde started out in Bengaluru with little more than a clear idea: real estate in this city should feel safe. Every buyer deserved straight answers, clean titles and someone who would still pick up the phone after registration.
A quarter century later, Hegde Bros has closed more than 450 transactions and partnered with over 18 developers. The firm has grown from brokering plots into aggregating land and forming layouts, while keeping the same standard: trust first, process always.
The city has changed beyond recognition. The way we work has not.
